Important information

After replacing the battery of the newest iPhone models, iOS will show a message indicating you need to have your iPhone checked by an Apple Authorized Service Provider (AASP). The Battery Health Feature on your iPhone will display “Service”. iOS shows this message anytime a battery is replaced by anyone other than an AASP. The first few days the message will be shown on the home screen and after that it will be shown in ‘Settings’. Because of this it is not possible to check the Battery Health on your iPhone. It is possible to check the battery health by using software such as 3u Tools. This message has no influence on the battery performance and your iPhone will function 100% normally.

Calibration

For optimal performance, calibrate your newly installed battery by charging it to 100% and keep charging it for at least 2 more hours. Then use your device until it shuts down due to low battery. After that charge it uninterrupted to 100%.
